Bio

After running away from home with her childhood friends to avoid coupling with her tribe’s Nuuhn, Opal joined the circus where she learned many dancer techniques both for combat and entertainment. However, after the calamity struck and her circus disbanded, she joined The Immortal Flames, where she met Phearless Phanatic who became a lifelong companion and partner. A few years later while on a job near Falcon’s Nest, Opal and Phearless were separated by a massive snowstorm. A healer woman found Opal, who had fallen from a cliff, hit her head, and passed out. The two bonded as they huddled for warmth hidden away in a cave from the blizzard. The miqo'te, feeling drawn to Opal’s Roegadyn friend, decided to join the duo on their journeys. A few month after an Au’ra saved the two warriors from a nasty beast and ended up joining the crew as well.While on a solo mission, Opal was kidnapped and tortured by a few mad Garlean scientists over the span of several months. This resulted in her going blind in her right eye, as well as all the color draining from her skin, right eye, and hair. Once she was back home and recovering, the crew decided they needed to find a safer way to make gil and decided to turn their little home into a café and speakeasy.Since that day, Opal still takes on jobs, but only accompanied by her wife or one of her friends. She found a love for baking and cooking. And still enjoys the occasional brawl with her friend Phearless.

  • Eorzean Circus: A teen runaway escaping her tribe’s Nuhn and the coupling ceremony, Opal, with two of her childhood friends joined a traveling circus. Dancing became a passion of her’s while she traveled. The Eorzean Circus was well known and quite popular before the calamity, maybe you saw her perform. Maybe you were part of the troupe.

  • Retired Grand Flame Marshal: After calamity hit and the circus dismissed their performers, Opal found she had a knack for swinging a battle-axe. She made her way to Ul’dah where she joined the Immortal Flames and worked her way through the ranks with her Companion Phearless Phanatic. Have we fought alongside each other?
